Pokemon Go Community Day news: These teams MUST get revenge in September

developer Niantic has revealed the latest Community Day results for the month of August.

With a couple of weeks to go before the September Community Day event, Niantic has given Team Valor and Team Instinct extra incentive to go out and catch some Pokemon.

According to the August Community Day stats, the blues of Team Mystic thrashed their blue and yellow counterparts.

The blue team caught the most Eevees in North America, Asia, Africa and Europe.

Despite only dominating Oceania, the reds of Team Valor would come in second place overall.

The yellows of Team Instinct finished in third place, but did manage to score a victory in South America.

The reds and yellows will be hoping for some revenge in the next Community Day event, which takes place on September 22.

The September event focuses on Chikorita, which is idea if you’re yet to evolve a Bayleef or Meganium.

As with all Community Day events, other bonuses will also be available to players.

Lures will last for the entire duration of the event, while capturing Pokemon earns players triple XP.

But most exciting of all is the chance to learn an exclusive move by evolving your Pokemon during the event.

Niantic will reveal more closer to the start of Community Day on September 22.
