Meghan Markle, 37, showed her sporty side while throwing a ball at Loughborough University with her husband, Prince Harry.

She wore a navy Oscar de la Renta Blouse, costing £1,636 from the AW19 collection, along with her Altuzarra trousers, costing £295 which she has been spotted in before.

Along with the chic look, the royal also sported a very glamorous new hairdo.

It is a departure from her most recent styles since entering the Royal Family.

The ex-actress chose to straighten her long brown hair for the occasion, something she rarely does.

She also went for a middle parting, instead of her usual side swept fringe.

Since marrying Harry, the royal has often chosen a blow-dry for a more relaxed style.

She has also sported a girly look with loose curls for a number of occasions including at the Trooping the Colours earlier this year, as well as at a recent charity event.

Meghan’s newest hairstyle is a sleek style in comparison to her recent hairdos, and one that she sported during her acting years.

Meghan has previously admitted to how she maintains her hair, which is naturally curly.

In 2011, she said in a previous interview: “My mum is black and my dad is Dutch and Irish, so the texture of my hair is densely curly.

“I’ve been getting Brazilian blowouts for a couple of years.”

This means having chemical treatments to make the hair stay smooth, which can last up to ten weeks.

Lydia F. Sellers, who worked with Markle for two years, told Refinery29 that a combination of straighteners, volumizing spray and smoothing lotion are often used to create her look.

Meghan also wears her hair in a bun on occasion, even choosing the messy updo for her wedding.

Her messy bun style has become a favourite for many with the casual style very different from other Royal Family members.

Kate Middleton often goes for very sleek updos, or loose waves while at royal events.

Meghan recently fell victim to an embarrassing moment when her hair blew up in the wind at the launch of the Grenfell tower cookbook together.

Thankfully, Prince Harry was on hand to smooth her hair down behind her.
