Like many of its fellow Marvel movies, Ant-Man and the Wasp follows dutifully in the same footsteps.
Marvel makes expert use of the trope now known as the post-credit scene in their latest blockbuster, still unreleased in the UK.
How many end-credit scenes will Ant-Man have?
Ant-Man and the Wasp has two post-credits scenes, it has been confirmed.
Fans hoping for more salient details, however, will be left wanting.
What happened during the two scenes after the credits are being kept secret by Marvel and everyone who attended the premiere.
The reports on the post-credit scenes come after the world premiere of Ant-Man and the Wasp, which took place June 25.
But an unconfirmed leak posted on Reddit from Avengers 4 may have revealed all.
The Reddit post claimed the scene is likely to take place right after Thanos’ snap at the end of Avengers: Infinity War.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: two post credit scenes were confirmed
The post went on to say Ant-Man and the Wasp’s after credit scenes would show what Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) was doing during Avengers: Infinity War.
Having Hawkeye in Ant-Man and the Wasp’s post-credit scenes would be a clever way to connect the two Avengers for the upcoming untitled Avengers movie.
The sequel will include both Ant-Man and Hawkeye as prominent characters.
The leak should be taken with a pinch of salt, as it comes unconfirmed from Reddit as many of these leaks do.
