Meghan Markle, who is pregnant with her first child with Prince Harry, made the effortless low bun her trademark hairstyle in the run up to her wedding in May.
But ever since becoming the Duchess of Sussex the mum-to-be has become a little more experimental with her tresses.
During her visit with her husband Harry to Dubbo Airport, Australia, Meghan showed off a style she hasn’t been spotted with before.
The Duchess had her long dark locks parted at the centre of her head and tied back into a neat low ponytail.

She kept the look elegant by wrapping a strand of hair neatly around the hairband and had a subtle wave in the ends of her tresses.
Meghan looked as gorgeous as ever with the new style, teaming her look with a grey checked blazer, black jeans and high street boots.
It was previously the messy bun that became Meghan’s go-to hairstyle but she may have switched things up to suit the busy schedule she and Harry have taken on for their royal tour.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will have a number of royal engagements every day for two weeks.

The 37 year old has also brought along her best friend Jessica Mulroney for the tour, as she is said to be her “unofficial stylist”.
Jessica is said to be on hand to offer Meghan style advice, so Meghan’s new pony tail could be her best friend’s influence.
All eyes have been on the royal couple since they arrived in Australia, as they announced their pregnancy shortly after landing Down Under.
It’s thought Meghan used her hair to distract from her blossoming baby bump as she straightened her locks for a number of royal outings before confirming their baby news.
