June’s PlayStation Plus free games include Operation Tango on PS5, as well as Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown and Star Wars Squadrons on PS4.
Sony’s high-profile new PS Plus titles have a June 1 release date, and an estimated 11am BST launch time.
Subscribers will be able to download the games from June 1 until Tuesday, July 6.
Of course, this means it’s your last chance warning to pick up the May 2021 PlayStation Plus games before they’re gone forever.
If you haven’t already, then hurry and download the May line-up now, which includes Wreckfest on PlayStation 5.
The demolition derby-style racing game is joined by the excellent Battlefield 5 on PS4, as well as survival game Stranded Deep.
All three games are playable on PS5, although the PS Plus version of Wreckfest isn’t cross-gen compatible.
The UK retailer is selling an annual PS Plus subscription for the discounted price of £42.85.
This excellent deal represents a saving of 14% on Sony’s original £49.99 asking price. Click the link below to take advantage of the deal.
As a reminder, PS Plus subscriptions let users play multiplayer games online with friends.
PlayStation Plus members also get exclusive discounts, as well as 100GB of cloud storage for your game saves.
Better yet, the spiritual successor to the Rogue Squadron series can also be played in virtual reality.
Operation Tango, on the other hand, is a co-operative multiplayer game in which players team up to complete dangerous heists and missions.
“Combine skill sets from different points of view – playing either Hacker or Agent – to overcome asymmetrical challenges, working in tandem with only your voice to link you.
“Teamwork is crucial, and communication is key! Note: Operation: Tango requires both players to have access to a working microphone.”
Finally, Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown is a shiny new remaster of the classic Sega brawler, complete with brand new online features.
