Red Bull speaks out against racist remarks made by Lewis Hamilton following the Max Verstappen accident

Verstappen himself took to Twitter after the race to say that Hamilton had ended his day by making a “dangerous” move.

After being badly winded from the 51G collision, the 23-year old was taken to the hospital. However, he later walked off the site and was discharged.

Red Bull’s team was upset at the seven-time champion’s malicious moves. Helmut Marko, the team advisor, suggested that the Brit be suspended for one race.

Christian Horner, team boss, claimed Hamilton only enjoyed a “hollow win” at Silverstone while Jos Verstappen, his father, believed that the Englishman should be disqualified.
