The Seattle Kraken will officially announce their roster at the 2021 NHL Expansion Draft.

The general manager Ron Francis will be joined by many big-names, including Sue Bird and Shawn Kemp as well as Gary Payton, Marshawn Lynch and Gary Payton, to announce his 30 picks from your team’s favorite team.

The question of who the Kraken jersey will be worn in October remains open to speculation. However, that hasn’t stopped mock drafts from flowing, rumors swirling and news to spread early. Seattle submitted its selections to NHL prior to 10 a.m. ET deadline.

At least 14 forwards and nine goalies must be selected by the Kraken. 20 of the 30 selected players must have 2020-21 contracts. All contracts must comply with cap requirements (ceiling $81.5 million). A quick reminder that the Golden Knights do not qualify for exemption.
