Elba was recently seen in the film The Suicide Squad, where he played the role of Bloodsport.
With the release of DC Comics’ newest film, Bond has less chance of being Bond than Craig.
Ladbrokes has given Elba a remarkable 007/1 chance of claiming this role.
He isn’t yet the top bet, but he has a great chance to become the next international spy.
Alex Apati, Ladbrokes, stated that “IdrisElba used to be the favourite for 007 betting, but he has drifted in recent months and is now back amongst the top-ranking players following the publication of The Suicide Squad.”

The actor is a huge star and may be the ideal choice to play the role of James Bond. However, it is unlikely that he will get the job.
