The legal action targeted channels with thousands of subscribers as well as unknowns who only streamed 300 fights.
Triller launched legal proceedings against a person who claimed that he had watched Jake Paul fight free of charge – and sought at least $150,000 for damages.
The YouTube star, Paul Askren, signed a contract with Showtime Boxing after the fight.
Showtime may follow Triller’s lead and take extensive legal action against those involved in the attempt to steal the Paul Woodley bout.
Showtime had taken steps to combat piracy, including actions against live streamers who offer illegal content.
Showtime had previously taken to court to sue anyone offering live streaming of the Floyd Mayweather fight against Conor McGregor.
