A Place In The Sun star Scarlette Douglas revealed that while she has been lucky enough to avoid any filming mishaps, she did witness her producer and director sinking in sand on a beach they had misjudged. Express.co.uk’s Black To Front Day 32 year old spoke out to say that the moment was the most memorable on her set.

She said, “We decided to film an opening conversation at the area. It looked from far away like a beach.”

“There was a lot of dried seaweed when we arrived there.

It was basically quicksand, and it wasn’t obvious to us.

He had already sunk to the bottom of his body!

He was holding up the camera and we both were stunned. “He was holding the camera up and we were like, ‘Oh My God!’ I began to laugh so I took out my phone to record it.

The cameraman grabbed the camera, and then walked off. He was like “Is anybody going to help?”

Scarlette said that Scarlette hates that director brings this up so often.

She stated, “I don’t know how it works. But even if that does, there are so many other things I am doing at the moment. It would work well, because everything will be equally spaced with my other shows.”

Scarlette will take over the role of Kirstie Allsopp, and Phil Spencer for an episode special on Love it or List it next month.

They will be hosting the Channel 4 program as part of Black to Front Day, which is a diversity initiative that will air September 10.

Stuart and Scarlette will help homeowners determine if it is time to remodel or move.
