Officer serving Metropolitan Police, aged 40, was charged with 19 counts of voyeurism

Neil Corbel (40), a detective inspector for the Met’s Continuous Police Improvement command was indicted on August 11 with 19 charges.

These alleged crimes took place in the Greater London and Manchester areas, between January 2017 to February 2020.

The Met stated that Mr Corbel wasn’t on duty.

The man is scheduled to appear before the Westminster Magistrates Court on September 13, and has been suspended from duty.

Met’s Directorate of Professional Standards was informed.
