Tom Daley revealed that he brought his KNITTING with him to the Met Gala, after attending the prestigious fashion event.

The diver, 27, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share the slew of fun snaps, including a photo of him knitting a red, yellow and green scarf while having his final suit fittings ahead of the event.

And Tom didn’t leave his knitting at home, with the Olympic diver ensuring he took it with him to The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Moschino – who dressed him for the event – shared a snap of the sports star working on a creation at the gala, which they captioned: ‘Olympic diver and knitwear king @tomdaley is back at it, and we can’t wait to see what yarn creation he whips up next.’
Earlier in the night, the father-of-one looked dapper as ever as he posed in an all-black suit and vest for the highly sought-after event.
The star looked sleek in the bold ensemble, which he teamed with a pair of patent black leather brogues.
Tom was clean-shaven for the event, the theme of which was celebrating In America: A Lexicon of Fashion.

Tom has been vocal of his love of knitting and recently recently revealed he was making a dog sweater in the viral photo of him knitting in the stands during the women’s diving final at the Tokyo Olympics.
Responding to the viral snap with a picture of what he was making, he wrote on his Instagram Story on his page Made With Love By Tom Daley: ‘For those asking what I’m making here … I am making a dog jumper for @izzythe.frenchie.’
He later shared the finished piece for the social media famed dog with his followers.
