School is winding down and families are scheduling their summer vacations — many with plans to visit one of the many United States’s national parks.

But which park is the best for families with kids to visit?

The Family Vacation Guide, a resource created to help families plan their next vacation, ranked each national park for kids to help parents navigate and sort through their options this summer.

At the top of the list is Wyoming’s Yellowstone National Park, home to numerous landmarks and attractions, as well as kid-friendly walking trails.

“The park is host to 37 landmarks for you to take your child to see, including the world-famous Old Faithful geyser and the iconic Grand Prismatic Spring,” The Family Vacation Guide article reads. “It is also home to over 50 mammal species, including wolves, bears, elk and bison.”
