William praised for ‘great taste in jewellery’ as Kate wears earrings

During the Royal Family’s Christmas Day walk to Sandringham, Kate was spotted wearing a piece of jewellery reportedly given to her by her husband, Prince William. The Prince of Wales has since been praised for his “great taste in jewellery” after reportedly giving his wife a few pieces of jewellery, particularly some sustainable pieces, over the years.

On December 25, Kate debuted a new pair of earrings reported to be a Christmas present from Prince William.

The earrings are also the second pair of sustainable earrings that the Princess of Wales has worn this month.

Experts at CrissCut Magazine identified Kate’s earrings on Christmas Day as the ocean blue Dina earrings from Sézane.

The delicate piece retails for £1,000 and are made from gold-plated recycled brass and natural stones.

The earrings feature an intricate coin-style design and dangling jewels.

In the past, Prince William has given Kate some incredible pieces of jewellery.

For her 30th birthday in January 2012, William gave Kate a pair of Cartier hooped earrings.

Also, following the birth of their daughter in 2015, he reportedly gave Kate a pair of diamond earrings.

It is also believed that Kate is already a fan of Sézane and is thought to already own five pairs of their earrings.

William definitely sports a great taste in jewellery.

Diamond experts Steven Stone previously spoke to about the jewellery gifts the Prince of Wales has given his wife.

In total, Prince William’s jewellery gifts to Kate amounted to over £153,000.

Of course, Kate’s engagement ring once belonged to Prince William’s late mother, Princess Diana.

Kate and William were joined by their three children on the annual Christmas Day walk.

Their two eldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, then aged six and four, first joined them in 2019.

However, their youngest child, four-year-old Prince Louis marked his first time joining the Royal Family on the annual tradition.
