It appears the Yellowstone universe created by Fort Worth-raised Taylor Sheridan is expanding.

1944, a prequel to Yellowstone and a sequel to 1883 and 1923, is being developed by 101 Studios, Tom Prince, the studio’s executive vice president of production, told the Billings (Mont.) Gazette.
