Apex Legends duos has a release date of Tuesday November 5 and is likely to have a start time of 11am pacific time.
For those in other regions that’s 7pm UK time, 2pm eastern time and 8pm central European time.
It’s unclear how long the Apex Legends duos mode will be available for, with Respawn likely to announce more information today.
Ahead of the start of the Apex Legends duos event the game’s official Twitter account posted: “Who’s ready for Duos? WE ARE!
“Tag your partner below and dive into Duos, for a limited time, starting tomorrow.”
The Apex Legends duos mode is likely to launch alongside a new patch that gamers will be able to download.
Duos is a feature that Apex Legends fans have long called for being added to the game on a permanent basis.
The addition of duos comes after solos was added and then later removed from Apex Legends.
It also comes after the Apex Legends Fight or Fright event has come to an end.
Here’s what that Apex Legends event brought to the table: ““Darkness descends on Kings Canyon in Shadowfall, a warped version of the Apex games hosted by a mysterious figure.
“At the start of a match, you and 34 other solo players will drop into an eerily-lit Kings Canyon and fight to the death… with a dark twist. Once you die, you will respawn as an undead version of your Legend and join the powerful “Shadow Squad”.
“As part of the Shadow Squad, you will lose your ability to use weapons and your legend abilities will be stripped, but in return, you will be given increased movement and jump speed, along with a brutal melee attack.
“You’ll also have the ability to scale walls and be given unlimited respawns via skydive.
“The battle rages until there are only ten living Legends left, who must then join forces and make it to an evac ship while the Shadow Squad attempts to stop them at all costs.”
