Celebrity Gogglebox is making a triumphant comeback next month, with Channel 4 airing a star-studded second series.
Airing on June 5, the new series will star a whole host of famous faces, from a Loose Women star to a footie legend.
Major names such as Stacey Solomon, Joe Swash, Zoe Ball and Harry Redknapp are lined up to take part, becoming armchair critics from the comfort of their own homes.
Modelled on the original Channel 4 series, Celeb Gogglebox sees famous families nestle down in front of their tellies, cracking jokes as they tune into the best TV shows of the week.
Nick Grimshaw and his niece Liv
Funnyman Nick Grimshaw and his niece Liv are returning for a second series, appearing in each and every episode.
Nick is best known for his presenting, having fronting BBC Radio 1 and appearing as a judge on X Factor.
Meanwhile Liv works as an assistant in merchandise for fashion brand PrettyLittleThing.
The pair are regularly seen on social media, with Liv posting snaps with her uncle to her 5,000 followers.
Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash
I’m A Celeb star Joe Swash and his partner Stacey will also show face in four episodes, bound to steal the show with their trademark wisecracks.
Stacey and Joe appeared on the last series, and left viewers in hysterics with their banter and couple squabbles.
The couple, who have been dating since 2015, share baby son Rex, who celebrated his first birthday at the weekend.
Viewers are used to seeing the couple together on the television, as they regularly appear on shows such as Celebrity Juice and Loose Women together.
Zoe Ball and her son Woody
Zoe Ball and her son Woody Cook, who appeared on the latest season of The Circle, are also due to appear on the show.
It was reported earlier this month that the mother and son would be appearing on TV together again after TV bosses loved their stint on The Circle.
A source told The Sun: “Zoe is a huge fan of Gogglebox and has been watching the show for seven years.
“She’s the perfect fit and will be teaming up with her eldest son Woody to give her opinion on the week’s telly.
“Zoe leapt at the chance when she was asked to join the line-up and will be filming the next instalment of the show. It’s scheduled to begin later this year.”
Iain Stirling and Laura Whitmore
On top of that, Love Island stars – and celeb couple – Iain Stirling and Laura Whitmore will be filming from their London home, chatting all things telly.
The pair, who started dating in 2016, reportedly got engaged at the end of last year – but neither Laura or Iain have confirmed the news.
They will be in the last three episodes of the series, and are sure to drop their Love Island success story into conversation.
Nicola Adams and Ella Baig
Professional boxer Nicola Adams and her partner Ella Baig are the next celebrity couple due to take part, tuning in together from the sofa.
Born in Yorkshire, Nicola sent shockwaves through the boxing world when she retired last year, stepping down with an undefeated record.
Her longterm girlfriend Ella is a beauty blogger, and also works as a hairstylist, makeup artist and fashion stylist.
Preferring to keep their relationship low key, the sweethearts occasionally share snaps from their Leeds home, or from their travels in far-flung destinations like Thailand and Australia.
Harry Redknapp and wife Sandra
Former England football manager Harry Redknapp and his beloved bride Sandra have also thrown their names into the Gogglebox hat, welcoming viewers into their stunning Sandbanks home.
The lovebirds, who tied the knot back in 1967, have two sons together – Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp and model Mark.
Harry and Sandra met in their teens in a local pub, and have been inseparable ever since.
Praising their relationship during an interview with Hello! last year, the football legend announced: “She is so placid you couldn’t have a row with Sandra if you tried. If I ever do get uptight she goes, ‘Look at you, calm down.’
“And then five seconds later I have calmed down, and that’s it really. I know it might sound corny, but we very very very rarely have an argument – we really don’t, we get on great which is very lucky really.
“You are lucky to get on so well with someone and enjoy being with someone so much – I love being with Sandra – I love it, she’s my life!”
Denise Van Outen and Eddie
Denise Van Outen is also returning for another series, appearing alongside her partner Eddie in their Essex home.
Speaking about her decision to return, she said: “I just loved it the first time. I mean, who wouldn’t?
“When you’re in this situation it’s only what we’ve been doing anyway, sitting down together, watching loads of different things on TV. So yeah, we’re at home, and we have a laugh doing it.
“And the fact they can make it work – obviously you haven’t got the crew in your house or anything, you’ve just got the cameras set up, but it’s one of the shows that is still going. It’s also nice having a little nose into people’s homes.”
The 46-year-old, who was unveiled as The Fox on The Masked Singer earlier this year, also lifted the lid on the behind-the-scenes of filming the series, with zero cameramen involved.
She said: “They just set the cameras up so there’s no cameraman or anything in the room, and actually, it’s probably better because then you forget that you’re on telly.
“If you had a sound guy in the room and a cameraman in the room, then you’d be really aware that you’re making a TV show, whereas this way, you don’t.
“You very quickly forget because you just get engrossed in the programme that you’re watching.”
Celebrity Gogglebox returns to Channel 4 at 9pm on Friday, June 5.
