Coronation Street star Colson Smith has showed off his jaw-dropping weight loss in yet another picture after returning to work.
Colson, 21, posted the snap on his Instagram stories to tell his fans that he was still going for a morning run despite returning to the Corrie set.
Wearing a pair of black shorts and a matching top and cap, Colson posed for the snap in the full-length mirror, showing off his dramatic weight loss.
He captioned the snap: “Starting the morning with a run. Quarantine daily run.
“First day back at work. Like a kid at Christmas.”
He later shared a peek of his healthy lunch, which consisted of a lot of healthy vegetables.
Last week, the Corrie star, who plays Craig Tinker, told fans about his fitness regime, which has seen him lose an impressive amount of weight.
Colson could be seen swinging kettle bells above his head, putting a weighted ball, and doing curls using heavy dumbbells.
His co-star Andy Whyment, who plays Kirk Sutherland, replied to one picture he posted as he said: “Looking absolutely mega pal well done.”
This comes after Colson joked that he’d lost ten stone during lockdown and would have to wear a fatsuit when he starts filming for Corrie again.
Talking on his podcast, he said: “We are in direct continuity, but I’ve almost lost about ten stone since we left work so I’m not sure that [my hair] is going to be the biggest of their issues.
“I might be wearing a wig and a fat suit when we go back. Now we go to a purple shampoo, which almost makes it a platinum sort of colour, which basically takes the ginger pigment out.
“So the yellow-ness will go, and I will have a head of blonde hair, which I technically do now.”
The stars of the soap have been slowly returning to filming on the famous cobbles this month, as filming restrictions have finally been lifted.
The soap is trying to continue where it left over, but several plots have had to be scrapped due to social distancing rules.
Corrie continues tomorrow night at 7.30pm on ITV.
