Dan Walker, 43, spoke candidly about the heartfelt moment carer Kia, at Thistleton Lodge presented an elderly man named Ken with a photo of his late wife. The clip which has been shared on Twitter and viewed over 3.9 million times was “too much” for the BBC Breakfast host.
In view of his 639,000 Twitter followers, Dan shared the video and wrote: “Dear me… this is too much. What a beautiful reaction from Ken. I’m off to cry myself to sleep.”
In the clip, viewers can see Kia holding a pillow to her chest as she revealed she had got Ken a present.
He asked: “What’s that darling?” as his carer turned the pillow around and presented it to him.
A stunned Ken took the pillow from her and before he burst into tears.

She revealed that Dan will be joining her for an indoor charity bike ride to raise money for projects in the UK.
In view of her 182,000 Twitter followers, Louise shared a snap of Dan on his bike.
She penned: “Great news that @mrdanwalker is going to join me from home for #TheBigBikeIn and I am hoping for his sake he can find a better bike than this! I am going to donate £1 for every mile he manages on the night. Good luck Dan it is going to be fun.”
