Dancing On Ice’s Lisa George shocks Holly and Phillip with embarrassing error

This evening’s Dancing On Ice saw the remaining celebrities tasked with performing with a prop. Coronation Street star Lisa George was given a chair to use but it seems the prop almost ruined her routine in the final moments.

Lisa could be seen falling off the chair as she was pushed by her professional skating partner Tom Naylor.

She tried to regain her composure as Tom appeared to try and assist the soap star with getting back onto the chair.

However, things didn’t quite go to plan as Lisa continued to slide across the ice before the chair appeared to get caught in the ice.

Lisa was then seen sliding on the chair as she crashed into a table which helped set the scene for her romantic French routine.

Following the routine, Lisa could be seen with her hand covering her eyes as she shook her head in disbelief.

Chatting to hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, she said: “I can’t believe that.”

“It looks like the leg caught on the ice,” Phillip remarked.

Trying to help with Lisa’s embarrassment, Holly suggested: “Can we blame the prop?”

A third posted: “First time I’ve proper laughed and smiled over the last 24 hours. I know it wasnt intentional but thank you

@LisaGeorgeActor and Tom for that much needed laugh and mood lifter #DancingOnIce.”

Lisa herself tweeted about the moment, adding: “Pesky prop! Typical. I genuinely enjoyed this week’s routine and I hope that showed in our performance tonight…

“Your comments as always are filling me with so much love!! You lot are incredible, please vote when lines open very soon! #dancingonice #teamlisa.”

Meanwhile, the show started off on a sombre note as Phillip and Holly paid tribute to Caroline Flack.
