Jessie Wallace has teased her return to EastEnders as Kat Slater, just four months after she was suspended from the show.
The actress shared a picture of some blinged out dangling earrings, made up of red gem stones, gold fastenings and smaller crystals.
The star, who split from her greengrocer boyfriend Paul Keepin shortly before her suspension, put the snap on Instagram.
She wrote in the caption: “Thank you Nancy and Nora for these beauties! Kat can not wait to wear them.”
Her fans and followers were thrilled to read that Kat could be back in Albert Square soon, with many taking to the comments.
One wrote: “Can’t wait for Kat to come back wearing those beauties.”
Another said: “And we cannot wait to have our Kat back on our screens. Jessie we love you. Come back when you are ready. Have a blessed weekend.”
A third commented: “Love you so much Jessie. I miss you so much on EastEnders and I can’t wait until you come back.”
Soap star Jessie was reportedly suspended from the BBC soap after appearing to be drunk on set, according to The Sun.
According to the publication, she will return to filming in June along with her co-stars.
They will be back on-set filming new episodes after it was confirmed production on the soap would resume following the suspension due to coronavirus.
The BBC One soap went down to just two episodes each week to keep it on television for as long as possible.
But it was confirmed that production was allowed to resume as long as there were extra precautions to keep in line with social distancing.
Cast members will have to do their own hair and makeup, while love scenes and kissing are prohibited until further notice.
EastEnders airs Mondays and Tuesdays on BBC One
