Callie brings a diverse knowledge of industries and well-rounded experience of company culture and engagement. Her passion for diversity and inclusion and building workplace cultures has driven Callie throughout her career and challenges her to make the workplace better for all. Callie is excited to be on the Everywhere Wireless team to help grow the company’s human capital strategies. “We’ve always put our core values and culture first in making Everywhere Wireless a great place to work. Callie graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a degree in Political Science and a Minor in Management and Leadership. After graduating, she returned to work in her hometown of Madison, Wisconsin for a position with the Madison Metropolitan School District in its HR Department. An opportunity within the Global Diversity and Talent Management team at Molson Coors brought her to Chicago where she focused on diversity and inclusion programs and employer branding strategy. Callie’s most recent position was with the marketing production firm InnerWorkings, where she led the company’s onboarding program and employee engagement initiatives.
