Flights: easyJet, TUI, Ryanair, BA and Jet2 latest updates amid quarantine changes

Anyone returning from these destinations now has to quarantine for 14 days.

Airlines have had different responses to the new travel rules with some axing flights while others have stood their ground.

Needless to stay, it’s all a bit confusing.

So here are the latest updates from easyJet, TUI, Ryanair, BA and Jet2 to guide you through.

easyJet

easyJet continues to fly off to the UK’s favourite holiday destinations, with France, Spain and Croatia flights still offered by the budget airline.

However, easyJet has cancelled its package holidays to France.

Last week, easyJet announced it is closing its bases at Stansted, Southend and Newcastle airports.

From September 1, no planes will fly to and from 21 destinations using Southend Airport.

A reduced operation will run from Stansted and Newcastle.
