Known for her roles in Oscar-winning films and the Marvel franchise, Gwyneth Paltrow has been a household name for a number of years. Now she will be bringing her skills to Netflix with a new series launching about her brand Goop, which brings into the spotlight all of the eccentric products they are known for selling.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle brand Goop have made plenty of headlines over the last few years for its range of products.

Some of the contraversial items sold by the brand include a jade and rose quartz egg which can be inserted in your vagina and something called a Psychic Vampire Repellent which is a spray to banish “psychic vampires.”

This already sold-out product is said to have “a funny, gorgeous, sexy, and beautifully unexpected scent.”

The description reads: “This candle is made with geranium, citrusy bergamot, and cedar absolutes juxtaposed with Damask rose and ambrette seed to put us in mind of fantasy, seduction, and a sophisticated warmth.”

Paltrow recently spoke about her decision to create the candle when she appeared on US chat show Late Night With Seth Meyers on Wednesday, January 22.

She told the host how the name was initially a joke which then got made into a product.

Paltrow appeared on the show to promote the new documentary, which will be launched on Netflix on Friday, January 24.

This will focus on the lifestyle and wellness company, which the actor created 12 years ago in 2008.

The documentary series will feature six episodes in total when it is released on the platform.

The synopsis of the new show reads: “Leading with curiously, Gwyneth Paltrow and her Goop team look at psychedelics, energy work and other challenging wellness topics.”

The trailer for the show gives a glimpse at some of the things which will be covered, including energy healing, cold therapy and orgasms.

In the clip Paltrow said: “We’re here one time, one life. How can we really milk the s**t out of this?”
