Holby City's Cameron finally 'caught out' amid horrifying Nicky death twist

Holby City dropped a shocking bombshell during tonight’s episode as Nicky McKendrick collapsed in a major plot twist.

The character, played by (Belinda Owusu) has been pushed to the limit after her family friend Auntie Brenda (Lynn Hunter) died in tonight episode.

Jac (Rosie Marcel) is enraged as she discovers Nicky made a promise to Auntie Brenda’s son that she couldn’t keep.

Struggling to deal with the stress of the day, Nicky has a panic attack before collapsing.

Jac then discovers Nicky has had a heart attack and her life hangs in the balance.

Fans are terrified that Nicky won’t make it after the dramatic scenes.

Meanwhile, Cameron was seen swapping a patient’s pills to set his rival Louis up.

Dr Max realised what had happened after confronting Louis, and made it very clear to Cameron that she is onto him.

Fans flooded Twitter, thrilled that Max was finally beginning to see Cameron’s true colours after the dramatic episode.
