The LBC radio host stormed off the set of ITV’s Good Morning Britain after he clashed with guests Nihal Arthanayake and Grace Blakeley. His supporters promptly took to social media to show their outrage at the lack of response shown by GMB hosts Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard. One Twitter user wrote: “Well done Ian Dale! I would have done the same! Unbalanced panel, as usual. Shouted down every time you tried to start making a point…pointless you even being there. Shame on all the presenters, for not preventing this appalling bullying!”
Another wrote: “Totally agree with Ian Dale, Grace needed to be put back in her box!”
And another: “Ian Dale did the right thing. The other two were extremely rude!”
One viewer lamented Iain Dale was shown “no respect” on the show and claimed he was prived of the opportunity to defend the Tories against a panel of left-wing commentators.
They wrote: “Grace Blakely showed her ignorance and complete lack of respect this morning. Next time she’s on I will be turning off!
And another: “Well done Ian Dale. What a complete nonsense and lack of basic respect”

The radio host, Nihal Arthanayake, and Grace Blakeley were discussing the latest reports on Jonty Bravery – the man who pushed a young child from the Tate Modern last year.
Blakeley blamed the horrific attack on the lack of funding in the care industry, explaining that Bravery needed better care.
Dale disagreed, however, and attempted to cut in a few times to put his views across.
When it was his turn to speak, he said: “Utter rubbish, if I may say so,” addressing Blakeley’s comments. “It has nothing to do with cuts. This is to do with people doing the sensible thing and reporting…”
But he was spoken over once again, as Blakeley jumped in to say: “No you have to have a basic amount of money to be able to actually respond!”
