The mum of three looked elegant in the belted $ 1,990 (£1,500) Ralph Lauren shirt dress, which cinched in at the waist, revealing Ivanka’s hourglass figure.
The smart dress reached just above her knees with buttons down the centre.
It was also buttoned to the top collar and featured slit sleeves all the way down the arm from the shoulder to the wrist, giving the appearance of a cape.
The President’s daughter has previously worn this dress a few times, but on this occasion, the Women Who Work author paired it with a matching floral face mask.
For accessories, Ivanka kept it very simple with matching green earrings which could be seen peeking out from underneath her glossy hair.
Ivanka also had on a red string bracelet on her left wrist, which she has been wearing off and on for a few years now.
Her sleek blonde hair was straightened and parted in the middle, a hairstyle she is very well known for and the same style she sported at the Republican National Convention in 2016.
However the face mask is a new addition to Ivanka’s outfits as she caused a social media storm with her appearance on Monday for not wearing a protective face covering.
Posting about the outing on Instagram, Ivanka wrote: “Our Farmers to Families Food Box Program has fed more than 100 Million meals to people since its launch just weeks ago in response to COVID-19.
“Today, the President committed $ 1 Billion more to this historic program — a big win for the American people.”
Ivanka wore a white dress from Lela Rose with a blue floral pattern, paired with white stiletto sandals.
The dress is on sale for a whopping £1,500 but the First Daughter failed to team it with a face mask.
Her hair was also parted in the middle with it flowing just over her shoulders with a slight wave to it.
She teamed the look with the same red string bracelet and a white ruffle handbag by designer Max Mara, costing $ 1,540 (£1,170).
She chose to go all out with the eye makeup, modelling bold eyeshadow complete with plenty of mascara, a not so regular look for Ivanka who tends to keep her makeup neutral and minimal.
Social media users were critical of the outfit as Ivanka visited the food production site in North Carolina with her father.
One comment on her Instagram post read: “Do you people own masks?”
Another said: “Wear a mask next time.”
“Where are the masks?”, a third commented.
