Love Island bosses tried to hire the sexy daughter of The Apprentice star Karren Brady for their show.
But they got a shock when Sophia Peschisolido told them: “You’re fired!”
The PR girl and influencer, 22, said she received two offers to go on the ITV2 dating series, but she is not interested.
She said: “I’m a huge fan of the show. I just don’t think it’s right for me.
“I’ve been asked to go on it twice, but I’ve turned it down. I don’t like having all that attention. I don’t think I’d handle it.”
The show would have been back next week, but was axed due to Covid-19.
Bosses are planning for the winter series in January in South Africa.
ITV confirmed that this year’s summer series would not be going ahead due to the coronavirus pandemic, despite rumours of it being relocated to the UK to bypass travel restrictions.
Fans haven’t gone without in 2020 though, as this year saw the first ever winter series of the show.
It took place in South Africa, instead of the summer series’ usual location of Mallorca.
Laura Whitmore hosted the show, which saw Paige Turley and Finn Tapp crowned the eventual winners.
A number of the couples have been put through their paces because of lockdown, with some thriving and others being driven apart.
Paige and Finn are still going strong, as are fellow finalists Siannise Fudge and Luke Trotman.
The fun-loving duo recently revealed they had finally moved in together just months after meeting on the ITV2 show.
