The Keeping Up With The Kardashians beauty, 24, shared an adorable throwback video on Instagram to celebrate Caitlyn as the world marked Father’s Day.
Kendall who has been named the World’s Highest-Paid supermodel shared the clip alongside Cait, who at the time identified as Bruce Jenner.
The adorable footage sees a young Kendall shared a kiss with Bruce.
Captioning the snap, Kendall simply said: “love you.”
Ensuring that she also paid tribute to her parent now, she posted a snap alongside Caitlyn and sister Kylie Jenner as the trio beamed from ear-to-ear while rocking party hats.
Olympic legend Caitlyn, who was assigned male at birth came out as transgender in an emotional Diane Sawyer interview in April 2015.
She later revealed her new identity and name gracing the cover of Vanity Fair with the caption: “Call me Caitlyn,” sending the world into meltdown.
Kendall’s tribute to Bruce and Caitlyn was posted with the intentions of showcasing her love for the icon but some fans were left feeling emotional.
Taking to Twitter, one fan said: “This post has made me feel a certain type of way. I loved Bruce and equally love Caitlyn as much. But it must have been so hard for Kenny to say goodbye to Bruce forever.”
While a second went on to say: “This tribute has me bawling my eyes out. Why does it feel like someone has passed away? But it’s a happy-sad situation.”
A third fan of the famous family tweeted: “It was quite hard to watch that post. It’s so beautiful that Kendall still has her father in many ways, but in many other ways, Bruce is gone forever.”
The supermodel later used her Instagram stories to share a string of snaps of Bruce, including one of Bruce holding an Olympic torch.
She also paid tribute to Kris Jenner’s first husband, the late Robert Kardashian with a snap of Robert captioned: “In honour of Father’s Day. Robert Kardashian and his Doberman.”
