Most shops will operate reduced opening hours on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

That is, except for those Lidl stores, except those inside the M25 which open 10am to 7pm.
On January 2, the stores will open as normal.
In Scotland, people will celebrate Hogmanay on New Year’s Eve so Lidl shops will open from 8am to 7pm.
New Year’s Day will also see shops closed while they will open as normal on January 2.
