The reality star, who is currently partnered with Tom Naylor on the ITV ice skating competition, is hoping to return to the ice today so she can finish learning her new routine in time for the live show at the weekend.
Lisa thanked her physio in her post and signed off: “Hopefully it should be ok so I can finally train on Thursday and learn my new routine for the show this weekend #teamlisa #dancingonice.”
Her professional partner headed straight to the comments section to wish her a speedy recovery.
He said: “Rest up and feel better! Will see you ready for Thursday!.”
Fellow Dancing on Ice pro Carlotta Edwards added: “Stay strong!!!”
Dancing On Ice 2020 continues Sunday at 6pm on ITV.
