“Somebody said to me, ‘What time would you wake up normally if you weren’t doing the programme?’ I’m like 9.15am when the programme finishes.
“And he was like, ‘Oh dear, you’re struggling against biology’ and I said, ‘Yeah I know that’.
“I can only survive by having a big sleep in the day. I go to work , I come back and I’m quite disciplined, you have to be incredibly disciplined, which is not really me.
“I sleep for an hour and a half because that’s what the sleep expert, don’t do more.”
