Mark, 33, and Arg, 32, have been friends since school and have always turned to each other in the tough times, and Arg has been leaning on Mark in recent months.

Arg recently said on This Morning Mark had tried to get him to go to rehab but he didn’t want to stop taking drugs.
However, he reached out to Mark at Christmas after spending the holiday eating a kebab alone.

“I have always took a dad or a teacher approach when it comes to Arg.

“Christmas 2019 was bad and he had some bad moments.

“He called me on Boxing Day and said that he had hit rock bottom.
