The actress will be chatting about her new play, The Cat and the Canary, which is being held at the Cambridge Arts Theatre.
She will also be discussing her work as patron for Alex The Leukodystrophy Charity, which offers support to families affected by the disease.
Leukodystrophies are genetic disorders that mainly impact the central nervous system including the brain and the spinal cord.
The One Show airs weekdays on BBC One at 7pm.
