The First Lady who poses in elegantly steps out at events with her husband doesn’t show much emotion. But Donald has said she wouldn’t ‘cry her eyes out’ if he was wounded, according to Politico. His comments come after Representative Steve Scalise was wounded in a mass shooting in 2017.
Speaking Tuesday at a Republican fundraiser, Mr Trump said: “Scalise’s wife cried her eyes out when I met her at the hospital that fateful day.
“I mean, not many wives would react that way to tragedy.
“I know mine wouldn’t.”
The shocking comments have had mixed reactions as social media users claimed the First Lady would “cheer”.

The statement comes as Melania was caught in a surprising fashion change on Wednesday with an unusual footwear choice.
She shocked eagle-eyed viewers when they spotted an unusual fashion choice.
Mrs Trump visited elementary school students in Charleston, South Carolina, with Second Lady, Karen Pence.
The two women joined a group of 10-year-olds who are participating in the Red Cross’s Pillowcase Project, a program that helps children mentally and physically prepare for natural disasters.
In 2017, during the Hurricane Harvey disaster, Mrs Trump was mercilessly mocked for sporting a pair of precarious stilettos.
The First Lady was seen wearing her original heels on the base when she emerging from a Boeing C-17 Globemaster III, a large military transport aircraft.
At some point, a switch must have been made, although it is not known why.
Mrs Trump and Mrs Pence attended the event to learn about some of the military’s emergency preparedness and humanitarian efforts.
