How do I know if I have it?
According to Parkinson’s UK, the three main symptoms of Parkinson’s are tremor, stiffness and slowness of movement.
“But you can also experience other symptoms including problems with sleep and memory and mental health issues,” explains the charity.
Mental health issues include:
- Mild memory and thinking problems
- Hallucinations and delusions.
“It’s important to remember that the way symptoms progress will be different for everyone and most people will only experience some of them,” adds Parkinson’s UK.
