MotoGP 2019 continues today with the world’s best motorbike riders about to lock horns at the Australian Grand Prix at Phillip Island.
Last time out Marc Marquez showed no signs of slowing down since winning his sixth MotoGP crown.
The newly crowned champ for this season once again secured victory, beating Fabio Quartararo at the Japanese Grand Prix last weekend.
As it stands Marquez is ahead of second placed rider Andrea Dovizioso in the championship standings by a staggering 119 points.
Speaking ahead of today’s race Marquez said: “It’s one of my favourite tracks.
“I enjoy a lot, riding there, especially the left corners.
“But it’s a circuit where many others, and especially Yamaha can be strong”.
