Sophie Hinchcliffe – the cleaning sensation – lives in Maldon, Essex, with her husband, young son Ronnie and their dog Henry. Over the years, the Instagram star has given her followers an inside look into both her beautiful home as well as tips on how to keep it looking spotless.
It takes just once peek at Sophie Hinchcliffe’s Instagram page to know her home taps into a calming palette of grey and white.
Many of her followers have in the past even point out that her home looks as pristine as the pages of a Dunelm catalogue.
Sophie has shared photos of her beautiful home, from the master bedroom to the impressive garden, spectacular kitchen and living space, the cleaning star has left little to the imagination.
According to the star, her home is jam-packed with high-street buys, including accessories from Dunelm, shelving from Ikea, and sofas from dfs.
Some standout rooms in Mrs Hinch’s home include her smart grey kitchen, the cosy living room, and the welcoming entrance hall.
Sharing a picture of her stunning kitchen, she wrote: “Honestly, I can’t even explain how happy I am just standing in this kitchen, wiping down the worktops, shining the sink, filling my jars and labelling everything!”
Sophie’s picture revealed a smart light grey open shelving unit, pristine white marble worktops, and an oven which has been integrated with her grey cupboards.
Previously, in order to get some natural light coming into the kitchen, Sophie revealed she had to knock through her back wall to create a small passthrough window which she decorated with two hanging grey lights.
She’s kept her kitchen accessories quite minimalistic, only opting for white coloured jars, a silver vase with white flowers and a silver kitchen paper holder.
Her grand living room follows a similar colour scheme of grey and white to the rest of her house.
The palette of grey and white gives this living room a clean and contemporary feel, while cosy touches come in the form of a textured rug, chunky knit throw and a smattering of candles across the room.
When she shared a picture to Instagram of her living room, she revealed a plush looking grey sofa and a pair of equate white curtains.
When it comes to her bedroom, flocked wallpaper, a statement velvet pin cushion headboard, a pile up of decorative cushions and matching side table display can be seen in several of her posts.
However, when it comes to Mrs Hinch’s dining room, she revealed an interior twist, missed matched chairs.
Her former lounge turned into show-stopping dining room is dripping in her signature silver grey colouring, but Sophie has added a bit of style to the room with a pair of velvet statement chairs that look fit for the Queen of clean.
Adding some more creativity to her home, she showed off a pair of funky floating shelves made of old fruit crates to create a stylish effect.
She decorated her shelves with oversized mason jars filled with foliage is a nice twist on the terrarium trend too.
Throughout her beautiful home, Sophie has opted for some exquisite decorative silver ornaments.
