On the daytime show, potential buyers were looking at a vintage bike and it quickly sparked Richard’s shock.
The BBC favourite wrote to his 950,000 Twitter followers: “No WAY is he going to sell that vintage bike for more than £250.
“Absolutely no way #BargainHunt.”
However, after the auctioneer managed to sell his item, in an additional tweet, Richard penned: “£320. Absolute scenes #BargainHunt.”

Another commented: “What! More accomplished than presenter, producer, author, genius and all round charming Richard Osman?
“I doubt it! Happy birthday to her!”
Richard, who is also a father to a son, Sonny, previously called his children his “best friends”.

“I see them a lot but it’s soon to be a lot less as my daughter is off to Shanghai University.”
