“Saturday Night Live” had no trouble taking jabs at their network, NBC, for hosting President Donald Trump’s Town Hall in their skits last night. In the “SNL” cold open, Trump and Joe Biden’s dueling town halls emphasized the massive tonal differences between the two events and candidates themselves.

“We now present a rebroadcast of those Town Halls the way most Americans watched them…Flipping back and forth, trying to decide between a Hallmark movie and an alien autopsy,” the introduction states.

First up is Joe Biden (Jim Carrey), who wanders off stage and does a TikTok dance before sitting down with George Stephanopoulos (Mikey Day) on ABC. Over on NBC, “surprise badass” Savannah Guthrie (Kate McKinnon) interviews Trump (Alec Baldwin).

“We have lots of voters waiting to ask questions, but I’d like to start by tearing you a new one,” Guthrie says before pressing Trump to condemn white supremacy and QAnon.

“All I do know is that they’re against pedophilia and I agree with that. If anyone’s against pedophiles, it’s me, the man who was close personal friends with one of the most famous pedophiles on Earth. Rest in power, Jeffrey,” Trump says, referencing Jeffrey Epstein.

Later, he tells “crazy uncles” to “stand back and stand by.”

Once voters start asking questions, Chloe Fineman (arguably the best impressionist “SNL” has in the cast) impersonates the viral voter who complimented Trump’s smile before asking about immigration.

Meanwhile, after delivering some long, excruciatingly-detailed answers, Biden is just praying as Trump skirts questions about Amy Coney Barrett. That’s when Kamala Harris (Maya Rudolph) steps in to point out the woman (Ego Nwodim) nodding behind Trump.

“Either that’s Candace Owens in a wig or baby girl answered the wrong Craigslist ad,” she says.

“I just hope Joe’s Town Hall is more inspiring than this,” Harris adds.

Well, his event is certainly calmer. Biden is singing, putting on a red sweater and going full Mr. Rogers as Guthrie knocks out Trump with a folding chair. Biden then becomes Bob Ross and starts painting trees.

The former Vice President promises not to tweet while Trump asks if the world is better off than it was four years ago. A cartoon of the planet screams “NO!”

“SNL” also took aim at NBC during Weekend Update. “What can we say, we have a type,” Michael Che said after referencing NBC airing the Trump Town Hall. Next to Che was a photo of Bill Cosby, Matt Lauer and Trump.
