According to Salado, holidaymakers are still expressing a high level of confidence about the security of the Costa del Sol.
What’s more, global internet searches for flights and accommodation referring to the Costa del Sol and Malaga had increased by ten per cent in the last week compared to the previous three.
“That leads us to think that the demand for travel is beginning to recover and is an incentive to continue working,” Salado said.
The new campaign is aiming to tempt tourists back from Scandinavia, France, Germany and the UK.
“Those markets that we can recover more quickly, starting with the national one, will, therefore, be a priority in our actions,” the tourism boss explained.
