Be Live Hotels is offering guests the chance to name their own price for holidays.
The group has launched a bidding system which allows would-be holidaymakers to indicate how much they are willing to pay.
All you have to do is go online, register for free, select the hotel from the list taking part and then suggest a price.
Holidaymakers have three chances to do this, with an instant answer to each suggestion.
If the bid is accepted, they can then proceed and make their reservation.
Each hotel clicked on shows an overview of the rooms and how much they would normally be before asking: “How much would you be willing to pay for this room?”
Be Live Hotels said of the new offer: “Tailor-made holidays deserve a custom rate made just for you.
“Propose a reasonable custom rate for any of the hotels included in the promotion and start enjoying the perfect holiday experience. Your quote will be answered immediately.”
There are more than 120 hotels listed for the “name your own price” promotion, including in Tenerife where the chain is based.
“The State of Emergency (“Estado de Alarma”) declared on 14 March, will end on June 21,” explained the FCO.
“From this date, Spain will re-open its borders to European Union and Schengen-area countries (with the exception of Portugal where the restrictions will continue to apply up until 1 July), and travellers from the UK.
“This means that British nationals will no longer need to present a residency certificate to enter Spain. The Spanish Government has said that it is possible that UK travellers will still need to quarantine on arrival in Spain, but that decision has not yet been taken.
“Restrictions on travellers from outside the European Union and the Schengen free-travel area will be lifted from July 1 providing the countries they depart from have agreements with Spain.”
