Spain REJECTS quarantine exemption for British holidaymakers

The German tourists will fly to the Balearic Islands from June 15, two weeks before the country reopens its borders, to test how to restart tourism.

The current UK quarantine means that travellers entering the county after foreign travel will need to self-isolate for 14 days.

These measures are thought to help stem the spread of coronavirus.

However, some “safe” airports might see Britons exempted from the rules around the world if travelling on holiday.
