She wrote: “Put the pickles to bed, reading your messages and they’re taking my mind off it. Loads of you saying yawn (I can’t) so I’m laying on the floor trying to yawn while playing with the plinth drawers because they make me happy.
“Shoe cupboard definitely helped… I’m sitting on the sofa with a mint tea, cuddling Theo (animals help me feel calm) watching a funny movie.”
She added: “I’m going to get a notepad and write down my thoughts and also start planning dressing room organisation and hopefully by the end of all that I’m able to take a full breath.”
Stacey went on to explain how the inside of a carrot helped her with her breathing.
The panelist explained that she would usually eat a Daim bar as her evening snack, but opted for a carrot instead.
