Humans to land on Moon base by 2036 as Russia and China launch joint space venture

The shared International Lunar Reach Station (ILRS) will expect to have crew on board in 15 years time – a ground-breaking step forward. The ILRS is open to collaboration with other countries. On June 16 both China National Space Administration and Russia’s space industry, Roscosmos, released a guide for partnership.

The partnership guide stressed the importance for international cooperation.

It reads: “With the deepening of exploration, the Moon shows its great potential values in scientific research.

“Many countries have released their own plans for lunar exploration.

“International cooperation in the lunar exploration and utilization is of benefit to better promote the well-being and interests of humankind.”

The project is unattached to the US lunar base program – the Artemis, where 12 nations have joined in the collaboration.

Just one day before Russia and China announce their lunar endeavours, Brazil became the 12th nation to join the Artemis programme.

The NASA launched programme is gearing up to get the “first woman and first person of colour” on the moon.

However, this is not their only plan as NASA is preparing for “the next giant leap” by sending astronauts to Mars.

The Biden administration has put aside over $ 6 billion in the budget to keep the Artemis program on track to send the first woman to the moon by 2024.

Days After Launch, Mushihimesama Has Been “Temporarily Suspended” From Sale On Switch (Europe)

Last week, we reported on the launch of Cave’s acclaimed shooter, Mushihimesama. After an appearance in the Japanese Nintendo Direct, the game surprise-launched on the Switch eShop, ready for retro shooter fans to download and enjoy immediately after the show.

Unfortunately, since that launch, the game has disappeared from the European eShop. Its removal was first spotted by fans yesterday, meaning it was only available in the region for six days before being pulled; the game’s publisher, Live Wire, has acknowledged its disappearance, stopping short of providing any explanation.

When we see games mysteriously vanish from the eShop like this, it’s often down to an issue regarding its age rating. If you were hoping to download the game to give it a go, you might just have to be patient – although it does appear to be available as normal in other regions if you have a North American or Japanese account, for example.

Bloodborne Remastered PS5 release date latest: Expanded edition tipped for 2021 launch

New details have emerged about a potential Bloodborne Remastered game coming to PS5.

The latest rumours suggest Bloodborne Remastered will have a late 2021 release date on PlayStation 5.

That’s according to a new leak on French Twitter feed SoulsHunt, which has a great track record when it comes to upcoming reveals.

Based on the latest information, Bloodborne Remastered will launch on PS5 first, before making its way to PC.

Interestingly, the game isn’t said to be in development at FromSoftware or Bluepoint Games.

As a reminder, BluePoint is responsible for the excellent PS5 port of Demon’s Souls, which launched alongside the console last year.

The remaster is, however, said to be ambitious, which means it should contain a wealth of visual improvements, as well as an improved frame-rate.

Fans have been clamouring for a 60 frames-per-second update for a long time, so hopefully this will satisfy them.

There are even rumours that Bloodborne Remastered will contain additional content on the PlayStation 5.

Fans of Bloodborne have discovered plenty of cut content since the game launched back in 2015.

As seen on YouTube channels like VaatiVidya, Bloodborne fans have uncovered everything from cut monsters and boss fights, to new lines of dialogue and areas to explore.

While it would great to see some of this content included in a Director’s Cut version of the game, brand new content would also be welcome.

As long as it contributes something worthwhile to the Bloodborne lore, it’s all good.

Even if the Bloodborne Remastered rumours turn out to be false, FromSoftware fans have Elden Ring to look forward to.

The open-world FromSoftware game has a January 2022 release date on PlayStation, Xbox and PC.

Elden Ring is a fantasy adventure collaboration between From Software’s Hidetaka Miyazaki and Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin.

“Unparalleled adventure awaits in Elden Ring, the next epic fantasy title created by From Software, Inc. and Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc,” reads the official description.

“Elden Ring is From Software’s largest game to-date and is set in a sprawling realm steeped in a rich and bloody history crafted by Hidetaka Miyazaki – creator of the influential and critically acclaimed DARK SOULS video game series; and George R.R. Martin – author of The New York Times best-selling fantasy series, A Song of Ice and Fire.”

The game features horseback combat, giant bosses and the same brutal Dark Souls-inspired action.

Man City launch £100m Harry Kane bid 'with view to a swap deal' as Tottenham respond

Manchester City have reportedly launched an opening offer of £100million for Harry Kane on the eve of England’s Group D decider against Czech Republic but Tottenham have made it clear he is not for sale at any price. The Premier League champions have now made their first move for the Three Lions captain, who has placed his future on hold until after the European Championships.

Before the tournament, Kane made no secret of the fact he was open to the prospect of a new challenge.

The Premier League golden boot winner told Gary Neville in an interview with Sky Sports that there was a conversation to be had with Daniel Levy after Spurs failed to qualify for the Champions League.

Despite being tied down to a long-term contract until 2024, Kane wants to win trophies and has grown frustrated with Spurs’ lack of progress, particularly following the sacking of Mauricio Pochettino.

It’s understood he favours a move to Manchester City, where he would get the chance to work under Pep Guardiola and compete for the biggest prizes in club football.

Kane has also named Kevin de Bruyne as the player he would like to play with most in the future.

JUST IN: Man City ‘need Barcelona’ to help them sign Harry Kane after ‘Tottenham reject first bid’

Gareth Southgate has made it clear that he does not want transfer sagas disrupting his England camp.

Kane is keen to respect that and will not discuss his future until after the Euros.

City will have to raise their offer if they are to entice Tottenham into a sale.

That could involve including a number of players in the deal, with Gabriel Jesus one of the players who could reportedly head the other way.

Raheem Sterling is another possible alternative but ultimately, any final decision on Kane’s future will rest with Levy.

It could mean that Kane has to push hard himself to manufacture his own exit, something that appears incredibly unlikely.

City are yet to spend over £100m on one player but Kane is now deemed the final piece of the jigsaw as they target Champions League success.

Erling Haaland is also on their radar but Kane is now believed to be their top target, while a move for Jack Grealish is also on the agenda.

To fund both deals, City will need to sell and the likes of Bernardo Silva, Aymeric Laporte, Jesus and Riyad Mahrez are all facing uncertain futures.

Call of Duty Warzone Season 4 update: When is Cold War release date and launch time?

COD fans are counting down until Season 3 ends and Call of Duty Cold War and Warzone Season 4 comes out on PS4, Xbox One, PC and next-gen consoles.

The good news is that we know exactly what day to expect the big launch to arrive and, we have plenty of fresh information on what it will contain.

For Call of Duty Cold War gamers, they can expect a ton of new multiplayer content, including fresh maps and weaponry.

Meanwhile, COD Zombies is getting a new update during Season 4, providing the next piece of the ongoing undead storyline to fans.

This will mean a new Easter egg to complete and secrets to unlock across all platforms.

Multiplayer fans can look forward to the debut of 6vs6 Hijacked gameplay in Cold War, along with several other modes being offered throughout the season.

When it comes to Zombies mode, it’s hard to judge how much undead action there will be on release day.

A new map is in the works and was featured in a recent trailer, but developers Treyarch have also spoken about a prologue, meaning we might get just a small chunk this week, followed by more later in June/July.

This could be shared as part of Outbreak mode, or Treyarch could choose to share it some other way.

More details regarding Call of Duty Season 4 is expected to be shared later today by Treyarch, and before the new updates and patches arrive.

For Warzone gamers, it looks like a new POI is being added to Verdansk, with a satellite set to crash and create a new zone.

Eagle-eyed fans also spotted motorbikes as a potential new vehicle being added to Verdansk with the launch of Season 4.

Activision has confirmed that Call of Duty Warzone Season 4 release date has been scheduled for Thursday, June 17.

Based on previous launches, we would expect Call of Duty Cold War to be updated before Warzone, probably on Wednesday, June 16.

This will be followed by a big Call of Duty Warzone update releasing on June 17, the same days as Season 4 starts.

Activision is likely to share its schedule later today, so we will make sure to add the latest details to this article when we find out more.

The current information we have on Warzone and Cold War Season 4 reads: “Everything will come crashing down… Jackal has arrived and Adler will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

“Watch the Season Four Cinematic, then return to the Call of Duty Blog on Monday, June 14 for a full Intel Drop and Roadmap.

“As we mentioned in our Season Three Special Broadcast, our next round-based Zombies map is planned to release during Season Four and will take place after the events of Outbreak’s Main Quests.

“The team has been working on this next map since before the release of “Firebase Z,” and we want to make it the best experience it can possibly be before it’s finally in your hands.”

Eamonn Holmes takes swipe at GB News quality on launch night but hints he could join

Andrew kicked off the first show by sharing details about what viewers can expect and introduced its presenters.

During his introduction speech, he couldn’t resist taking at swipe at his BBC rivals.

He said: “We are proud to be British. The clue is in the name. While we will never hold back from covering our country’s many flaws and problems, we will not come at every story with the conviction that Britain is always at fault, usually to blame when things go wrong, generally useless.

“We won’t forget what the B stands for in our title.”

Andrew Neil vows war against cancel culture at GB News launch – ‘Empower those ignored’

The new channel opened with an hour-long introduction of the presenting line-up. GB News has been created to rival British news and current affairs channels, including the BBC and Sky.

Amongst the high-profile line up of hosts are former Sky Sports presenter Kirsty Gallacher, ex-BBC presenter Simon McCoy and former ITV presenter Alastair Stewart.

The broadcasters offered a glimpse of their respective programmes from different locations around the GB News studio in west London.

Former BBC political presenter Mr Neil gave an opening monologue on Sunday’s launch.

He told viewers that GB News will cover “the stories that matter to you and those that have been neglected” and will deliver “a huge range of voices that reflect the views and values of our United Kingdom”.

He continued: “It is our explicit aim to empower those who feel their stories, their opinions, their concerns have been ignored or diminished.

“We are proud to be British. The clue is in the name.”

The former BBC presenter went on to say that GB news “won’t dwell much on the latest gossip of the Westminster bubble”.

Mr Neil added that the channel will “puncture the pomposity of our elites in politics, business, media and academia and expose the growing promotion of cancel culture for the threat to free speech and democracy that it is”.

GB News is the first new British news network in 24 years, since BBC News 24 launched in 1997.
