Destiny 2 Xur Location today: Where is Xur this week and what is he selling?

With Bungie unlocking the Vault of Glass Master Difficulty for Guardians to take on next week, gamers will be hoping for some great new gear from Xur in Destiny 2 today.

So all eyes will be on the return of The Agent of the Nine, who will be setting up shop somewhere in the Destiny universe.

This will mean checking all of his usual haunts, including The Tower, The EDZ, or Nessus, across PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Each week is a toss-up for gamers waiting on what will be revealed, with a mix of weapons and armour made available.

The first thing Guardians will need to do is find out where Xur is today and what he is selling for Legendary Shards.

Last week, Xur had a great selection, offering the Cerberus+1 for 29 legendary shards, Nezarec’s Sin for 23 legendary shards, Raiden Flux for 23 legendary shards, and Crest of Alpha Lupi for 23 legendary shards.

And all of these questions will be answered when Bungie brings back Xur today, with the merchant arriving back on the map in the coming hours.

Guardians in North America will be waiting until late morning for their chance to track down Xur.

Meanwhile, Guardians in the UK will have the new collection of weapons available by the evening.

The return of Xur will allow gamers to trade Legendary Shards for exotics, but only for a short period.

The Destiny 2 Xur location from July 2 until July 6 will be revealed at 6pm BST, and all the items will be available until the weekly reset is completed and all rituals are wiped.

For anyone who has forgotten, Legendary Shards used by Xur items are remnants of powerful items used to improve gear or trade for other items.

It should also be noted that Xur will be dropping items similar in power level to your character.

And another part of Xur that is new to the latest version of Destiny 2 is that he now drops Cipher Quests for free.

A message from Bungie explains: “When signing in next Tuesday, Vault of Glass will offer a Master difficulty option to launch for you and your fireteam. While there is no minimum Power requirement to enter, enemies will be at 1350 Power, so you will want to earn some Pinnacle Power and raise your Artifact levels before attempting a run.

“First up, Master Vault of Glass unlocks the final Triumphs required for the Fatebreaker raid Seal and title. Once completed, players may equip their in-game title and purchase the Bungie Rewards pin if they so desire.

“Second, Master Vault of Glass will also introduce Timelost weapons to Destiny 2. Timelost weapons can be comparable to Adept weaponry from Grandmaster Nightfalls or Flawless Trials Passages, but offer an additional perk in columns three and four for slightly more customization.

“Complete Vault of Glass Challenges in the Master difficulty of the activity, and you will be rewarded. Each week will feature a specific Timelost weapon for you to hunt, rotating alongside the available challenge. Once you’ve earned a Timelost weapon, you may also purchase additional rolls from the chest at the end of the raid (on Master difficulty) using Spoils of Conquest.”

Destiny 2 Xur Location: Where is Xur this week and what is he selling today?

With Grandmaster Nightfalls just around the corner, Guardians will want to grab the best gear to prepare in Destiny 2.

The first thing fans will need to do is find out Where Xur is today and what he is selling for Legendary Shards?

With some big events coming our way, there’s a chance that Bungie will be offering up some juicy weapon combos to get everyone ready.

However, Xur can be a mixed bag, and it will be interesting to find out what is making the cut over the coming days.

As mentioned above, the Agent of Nine is set to arrive today, meaning that all of these questions will be answered very soon.

Guardians in North America will be waiting until last morning for their chance to track down Xur and evening in the UK.

And even then, gamers will have to sweep the various Destiny locations and maps to find out where Xur is.

Last week saw Xur turn up in The Tower, hanging out in the usual spot around Dead Orbit.

It made for an easy find and meant there was no need to fly around to different locations on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

The Destiny team likes to make the Agent of the Nine easy to find during big events – like the launch of the Vault of Glass.

And with the return of Grandmaster Nightfalls, Bungie could be inclined to make it another easy week.

The return of Xur will allow gamers to trade Legendary Shards for exotics, but only for a short period.

The Destiny 2 Xur location from June 18 until June 22 will be revealed at 6pm BST, and it won’t take long for Guardians to start hunting the Agent of the Nine down.

All the items will be available until the weekly reset is completed and all rituals are wiped.

Last week, Xur was selling the Two-Tailed Fox for 29 Legendary Shards, and the Chromatic Fire for 23 Legendary Shards, among a number of other items.

The Quest will reward you with an exotic Cipher, and last weeks included completing 21 Strikes or winning the same number of Crucible or Gambit matches.

Every week, Guardians can acquire one Exotic Engram using Legendary Shards that will decrypt as Exotics that aren’t already in your collection.

And the return of the Xur isn’t the only big event for Guardians to track this month, with the Grandmaster Nightfalls returning on June 22.

For anyone who needs a refresher, here is the full description of what is coming next to Destiny 2:

“Grandmaster Nightfalls are “aspirational content” in Destiny 2. Each week, you and your fireteam will be challenged by stronger enemies, tricky modifiers, terrifying Champions, and beefy bosses as you hunt for powerful rewards.

“Revives are limited, so you’ll want to be strategic in your engagements. Saving ammo to burn down specific targets at a moment’s notice, using Supers to keep your teammates alive, and making sure to have the appropriate armor mods equipped to keep your abilities up as often as possible.

“Guardians must be at 1335 Power to enter Grandmaster Nightfall events. This is a mix of both Pinnacle Power, which can be earned from numerous activities, and your Artifact Power, which continues to rise as you gain XP.

“If you’re still feeling a bit under-leveled, make sure to complete your Seasonal Challenges, snag some bounties before hitting your weekly activities, and complete your weekly milestones in raids, Nightfalls, ritual activities, and more.”

Destiny 2 Xur Location: Where is Xur this week and What is he selling?

Destiny 2 Season 14 is rolling over nicely, and Guardians will soon have access to the latest rewards and loot.

The big question for everyone will be where Xur is this week and what he is selling for Legendary Shards.

The Agent of the Nine can sometimes have the perfect item to take on the latest Raids and events.

The good news is that these latest questions will soon be answered with the return of Xur later today.

Xur will be returning as part of the normal Destiny 2 rotation, and gamers will be waiting until the late morning in North America and evening time in the UK to discover exactly where.

And even then, gamers will have to sweep the various Destiny locations and maps to find out where Xur is.

Bungie decided to drop Xur into the EDZ (European Dead Zone) last week and could be found hanging around the Winding Cove cliffs.

While the Destiny team like to make him easy to find during big events – like the launch of the Vault of Glass – this week could see Xur drop somewhere a little more exotic.

So don’t expect the Agent to be popping up in the Hangar on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

As mentioned above, the return of Xur will allow gamers to trade Legendary Shards for exotics, but only for a short period.

The Destiny 2 Xur location from June 4 until June 8 will be revealed at 6pm BST, and it won’t take long for Guardians to start hunting the Agent of the Nine down.

All the items will be available until the weekly reset is completed and all rituals are wiped.

Last week, Xur was selling The Sweet Business for 29 Legendary Shards, Apotheosis Veil for 23 Legendary Shards, ACD/0 Feedback Fence for 23 Legendary Shards and Lucky Raspberry for 23 Legendary Shards.

For anyone who has forgotten, Legendary Shards used by Xur items are remnants of powerful items that are used to improve gear or trade for other items.

It should also be noted that Xur will be dropping items that are similar in power level to your character.

And another part of Xur that is new to the latest version of Destiny 2 is that he now drops Cipher Quests for free.

The Quest will reward you with an exotic Cipher, and last weeks included completing 21 Strikes, or winning the same number of Crucible or Gambit matches.

Every week, Guardians can acquire one Exotic Engram using Legendary Shards that will decrypt as Exotics that aren’t already in your collection.

No notable changes have been made to how Xur is found or what can be found in his collection.

Recently, Bungie did make one change, including when Xur’s inventory includes an Exotic armor piece with a perk effect that depends on the use of a particular ability, that armor should more reliably come with a higher stat value in the stat that governs the cooldown of that ability.

No further change are expected to be made regarding Xur trades items during Destiny Season 14.

Phil Spencer shares ‘key’ questions to ask estate agents when selling a property

Phil Spencer, who presents various different property shows including Location, Location, Location, regularly shares his property tips and tricks online. Whether it be selling a property, buying or renting, the expert shares important advice on YouTube as well as other platforms like TikTok.
Another question you should ask is what their average time to sell a property is as well as asking how many similar homes they have sold in the last few months.

Phil added: “I think that is a key one because you want to be sure that your agent is experienced in selling your type of house, your area and your price bracket.”

The next question sellers should ask their estate agent is whether or not homes on the market are selling for their asking price or not.

The expert went on: “You want to know which property websites they advertise on, although the internet is increasingly the most important marketing tool, you’ll also want to know about the size of their mailing list and where else they advertise.

He continued: “I’d be wary of making a decision based purely on valuation, I see many properties that don’t sell purely because the asking price was set too high.

“As time goes by, the house doesn’t sell and new buyers assume there is a problem with it.

“In these instances, the house ends up being sold for less than it would have been if it was realistically priced in the first place.”

There are also many other questions that sellers should ask their estate agent before making a rushed decision on which one to choose.

Location, Location, Location continues tonight at 8pm on Channel 4

Marks and Spencer selling £28 dress that is just like Kate Middleton’s famous gown

Kate Middleton wore a stunning red bardot dress when she attended a garden party in honour of the Queen’s birthday in 2017. Kate’s outfit was designed by Alexander McQueen and cost more than £2,000.
Now, Marks and Spencer is selling an almost exact duplicate for just £28. The bright red maxi beach dress matches Kate’s off-the-shoulder neckline and is sure to make a statement with broderie detailing and scalloped edging on the sleeves.

The versatile dress can be dressed up with heels or down with sandals or white trainers.

When Kate wore the dress in 2017, she accessorised with nude Prada heels and drop earrings by Simone Rocha. She wore her hair down in loose curls and opted for natural makeup.

Since then, Kate has recycled the Alexander McQueen dress to celebrate her mum Carole Middleton’s 64th birthday in 2019. The celebration was thought to be held at her sister Pippa and brother-in-law James Matthews’ Chelsea home.

At the time, Kate added the same earrings but opted for matching red heels.

California Man Accused of Selling Fake Vaccination Cards

CLEMENTS, Calif. (AP) — The owner of a Northern California bar was arrested on suspicion of selling fake COVID-19 vaccination cards to several undercover state agents for $ 20 each.

After receiving a tip, undercover agents with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control went to Old Corner Saloon in the city of Clements several times in April and bought fake laminated vaccination cards, officials said.

They returned to the small-town bar this week and saw others buy the phony cards and arrested the bar’s owner, supervising agent Luke Blehm told Sacramento news station KTXL-TV.

It wasn’t immediately known if the bar owner, Todd Anderson, has an attorney who can speak on his behalf. No one answered the phone at the bar Friday.

“He was in possession of a number of other unfilled-out COVID-19 vaccination cards, a laminating machine, laminate and several other cards that were finished. And it appears that they were waiting to be given to people,” Blehm said.

Blehm said it appears it’s the first such arrest in California.

“That we know of, this is the only case that’s ever been done — even nationwide possibly,” he told the station.

Anderson was charged with three felonies, including identity theft, forging government documents and carrying an unregistered firearm. He also was charged with falsifying medical records, a misdemeanor.

State officials also are investigating an employee of Anderson’s who may be connected to the cards.

Vaccination cards are being used as a pass for people to attend large gatherings. The European Union is considering allowing tourists who can prove they have been vaccinated.

In California, officials have allowed venue operators to offer easier access to those with proof of vaccination. That includes preferential access to large events like concerts and sporting events and allowing venues to create vaccinated-only sections where social distancing requirements are not as strict.

Destiny 2 Xur Location: Where is Xur today and what is he selling in May?

Xur is coming back to Destiny 2 today, with his precise location set to be revealed this evening for Guardians on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

A new range of exotics will be coming to the game that can be traded for Legendary Shards, although we won’t know what will be included until later.

The Destiny 2 Xur location from May 7 until May 11 will be revealed at 6pm BST, and it won’t take long for Guardians to start hunting the Agent of the Nine down.

Xur will be sticking around until Tuesday, when the Weekly Reset is completed and all rituals are wiped.

This will be when the current Season will end and the Season of the Splicer will begin across all platforms.

Last week, Xur was easy to find, hanging out in The Tower behind Dead Orbit, offering up the likes of the Arbalest Kinetic linear fusion rifle, the Graviton Forfeit, the Astrocyte Verse, and Mk. 44 Stand Asides.

There should be around six items included in Xur’s store, although some of them might not be available to buy.

Xur is expected back in the game around the same time the Trials of Osiris returns on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Trials is a Crucible event that rewards fireteams that can string together wins, with at least one Adept weapon included, which are usually only made available for those who can score Flawless run.

And when Xur disappears and the Trials of Osiris event ends, Bungie will be launching Season 14 of Destiny 2.

Plenty of new rewards are being planned for May, with Bungie telling fans this week:

“For the endgame focused Guardians out there, three familiar weapons will be up for grabs. We have no doubt the Destiny 1 veterans among you will recall these legends in an instant.

“Like last Season, each weapon will be on a weekly rotation in Nightfall playlists. Upping the difficulty will give you a higher drop chance as you search for desired rolls. Starting June 22, Grandmaster Nightfalls will become available, introducing Adept versions of each weapon.

“Now, here’s the part where we say, “and more.” There are still more weapons left for you to discover as you play.

“Some of the best feelings in Destiny are those moments where you uncover a sweet weapon with the perfect perk combination.

“Want an Auto Rifle that gains extra damage after defeating an enemy with a grenade? How about a Sniper that’s quick on the draw, but can also be rolled with Dragonfly? Every Season invites interesting choices and new playstyles.”

Avram Glazer's snappy reply as Man Utd owner asked about selling club in tense exchange

Author
This post originally appeared on Daily Express :: Sport Feed

Manchester United co-owner Avram Glazer gave a short and snappy reply in a tense exchange with the Daily Mirror’s Christopher Bucktin when asked whether he and his family will be selling the club following the fallout of United’s failed attempt to form part of the European Super League (ESL).

The United owners have faced a fierce backlash for their involvement in the ESL plot, which was an attempted 20-team breakaway league designed to rival UEFA’s Champions League.

The Red Devils joined their ‘Big Six’ Premier League rivals Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham in signing up alongside six clubs from Spain and Italy, with the Glazers claimed to have been among the chief architects behind the scheme.

The doomed project collapsed spectacularly inside 48 hours – although Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus are still clinging on – amid a furious reaction from supporters of all six English clubs involved, and executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward has since resigned, with reports claiming he disagreed with his superiors.

Woodward, who won’t actually leave his post until later this year, said publicly that he feels “huge remorse” over the Super League discussions and declared his role in the plot as “one of the biggest mistakes” of his professional career.

DON’T MISS: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and three Man Utd figures confront fans to stop anti-Glazer protest

Joel Glazer meanwhile wrote an open letter to the United fanbase on Wednesday in which he apologised “unreservedly” and said that he is “personally committed to rebuilding trust” with fans.

He added: “We also realise that we need to better communicate with you, our fans, because you will always be at the heart of the club.”

The Glazers have owned United since 2005 but have had little communication with supporters since then, for which they have been heavily criticised.

But when approached by the Daily Mirror in Florida, Avram Glazer was less willing to discuss recent events and when asked to apologise to supporters similarly to his brother Joel, reportedly stayed quiet.

Mirror reporter Bucktin then asked Avram: “Are you now going to sell the club Mr Glazer, as it’s clear you have no understanding of your club’s supporters or British fans?” But the 60-year-old, who also owns NFL franchise the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, snapped back to say only “no comment” before driving off.

Club legend Gary Neville has been among those to call for the Glazers to part ways with United and said on Sky Sports: “They attacked every single football fan in this country with what they did. The Glazers have no place in Manchester anymore.”

Protests were held against the family’s ownership on Thursday in Manchester as groups of supporters blocked both entrances to the club’s Carrington training ground.

United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer addressed the angry group of around 20 protestors, holding up banners among which read ‘Glazers out’, ‘51%’ and ‘We decide when you play.’

The Norwegian admitted in a press conference on Friday: “I will always listen to the fans and I thought it was the only right thing to do, to listen to them and talk to them and have a nice discussion with them, a peaceful discussion, because it’s important that we respect each other’s views.

“I said a few things about what I think the team will do in the future. What we spoke about, we don’t need to go into that. It was a good 10 minutes and I was happy with that. I gave a fist bump and then we parted.”

Solskjaer also backed the Glazers and said of his relationship with the United owners: “I’m so happy that all the owners, all the clubs involved agreed that this was a mistake.

“I’ve always had a good working relationship with the club and the owners. Of course behind the walls of the building we speak, they listened to my opinions and we’re working to move Man United forward, of course.”

Two of the Red Knights consortium who sought to buy United a decade ago however want reform at the club including greater supporter input on the board.

Lord O’Neill and Sir Paul Marshall wrote to Joel Glazer asking for his family to sell their stake down to 49.9 per cent and create a supervisory board to give fans 50 per cent plus one controlling votes.

“If your stated desire to rebuild trust is sincere, these proposals are the minimum steps you should choose to make,” the letter, published by Sky News, read.

Destiny 2 Xur Location: Where is Xur today and what is he selling this week?

The Destiny 2 Xur location is about to be revealed, and it won’t be long before we know what new exotic items he has.

For now, Guardians will have to wait a little longer to have the full list of items and free quests to complete.

The Destiny 2 Xur location for April 16 until April 20 will be revealed at 6pm BST, and this will be when Guardians will start hunting the Agent of the Nine down.

Xur will be available until the weekly reset, which happens every Tuesday, meaning you have plenty of time to check out what is available in the next location.

Last week, Xur could be found on the Winding cove cliffs in the EDZ, offering up the likes of The Prospector Heavy Grenade Launcher, Wormhusk Crown Hunter Helmet, Felwinter’s Helm Warlock Helmet, and Mk. 44 Stand Asides Titan Leg Armor.

There should be around six items included in Xur’s store, although some of them might not be available to buy.

Xur is expected back in the game around the same time the Trials of Osiris returns on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Trials is a Crucible event that rewards fireteams that can string together wins, with at least one Adept weapon included.

Adept weapons are usually only made available for those who can score Flawless run, with Bungie explaining:

“Saint-14 is the Trials of Osiris vendor, residing full time in the Tower Hangar with his pigeons and ship.

“When the Trials of Osiris playlist becomes active each week from Friday to Tuesday, Saint’s inventory will update with Trials Passages, Bounties, and the option to turn in Trials Tokens.

“There are five unique Passages that can be bought from Saint-14 which offer their own mechanics.

“Each Passage will track wins and losses in a single Trials run. If three losses appear on a Passage, players will be restricted from the activity and have to either reset the Passage or purchase a new one.”

Trials of Osiris and Xur will be disappearing from Destiny 2 on April 20, which is when the Guardian Games event will be returning.

This year, medals will have the following values: Bronze: 1 Point, Silver: 2 Points, Gold: 5 Points, Platinum: 15 Points.

Destiny 2 Xur Location: Where is Xur and what is he selling today?

The weekly update that brings Destiny 2’s Xur to a new location is about to happen, and it won’t be long before we know what new exotic items he has.

For now, Guardians will have to wait until 6pm BST to find out exactly where Xur has spawned, with the Agent of the Nine not scheduled to depart until the next reset.

This happens every Tuesday, meaning you have plenty of time to check out what is available in the next Xur location.

Last week, Xur could be found on Nessus, perching in a big tree located near Watcher’s Grave.

Legendary Shards could be used to buy several top items, including the Arbalest Kinetic fusion rifle, the Orpheus Rig Hunter armour, and Lion Rampant Titan leg armour.

For anyone who has forgotten, Legendary Shards are remnants of powerful items that are used to improve gear or trade for other items.

It should also be noted that Xur will be dropping items that are similar in power level to your character.

And another part of Xur that is new to the latest version of Destiny 2 is that he now drops Cipher Quests for free.

The Quest will reward you with an exotic Cipher and last weeks included completing 21 Strikes, or winning the same number of Crucible or Gambit matches.

Every week, Guardians can acquire one Exotic Engram using Legendary Shards that will decrypt as Exotics that aren’t already in your collection.

A further explanation from Bungie on the different kinds of Engram available in-game adds: “The blue Encrypted Engrams will grant “Rare” equipment. These engrams normally are decrypted upon pickup.

“The purple Legendary Engrams will grant “Legendary” equipment. Like the blue engrams, most Legendary Engrams will be decrypted without the need to visit a Cryptarch.

“The yellow Exotic Engram will grant “Exotic” equipment which all weapons and gear have a special unique perk. Like the Legendary Engrams, they will be decrypted upon pick up.

“The shiny purple Prime Engram can be decrypted to a higher level gear until the soft level cap. Unlike the other Engrams, Prime engrams must be decrypted by a Cryptarch.”

So when we do know where Xur is, we should be looking at around six new items to buy with Legendary Shards.

Today will also see the start of the next Trials of Osiris event, with more loot and armour being offered to those who can string together enough wins to unlock them in the Crucible.

Both the Trials and Xur will be available until Tuesday, April 13, with Bungie not hanging around to launch the next big PVP event for Guardians.

One of the last Season of the Chosen Iron Banners will be going live straight after Xur disappear for another few days, reappearing on April 16.
