Tess Daly, 50, has shared details about a new project that she has been working on for the first time today. The Strictly Come Dancing host addressed the surprising move away from the BBC show in an Instagram post in view of her 499,000 followers.
Tess revealed she has been “very busy” designing her first homeware range based on her signature style.
She shared a Boomerang clip displaying a sparkly rose gold cushion from her collection while sitting on a bed in a matching metallic toned jumper, which she paired with white jeans.
Tess captioned the post: “I have been very busy behind the scenes on my dream project!

On a recent episode of the official Strictly podcast with presenters Joe Sugg and Kim Winston, Claudia admitted she and Tess get nervous and excited before they walk down the staircases in the studio together to start the programme.
She said: “I should say we’re excited but when they say ‘time to go down’, I get incredibly nervous.
“I suddenly feel a bit sick and I’m like ‘ugh’ and people are watching and I’m not ready!”
“And then I say don’t worry the adrenalin will kick in we’ll be fine because once the adrenalin kick in for the live show it’s like rocket fuel, takes you off and carries you with it,” Tess added in.
