The Game Awards Start Time 2019: What time The Game Awards start in UK 1

UPDATE ONE: The Game Awards 2019 Live Stream has been launched on YouTube and fans can now countdown until things go live.

As confirmed below, The Game Awards Start Time in the UK will be at 1:30am, GMT, on December 13. US gamers will start watching at the earlier 5:30pm, PT.

ORIGINAL: Not only will the TGAs offer awards for the best videos games in 2019, but there will also be new reveals. This includes a number of new titles being announced when The Games Awards start on December 12.

And there will also be a list of different presenters for different awards, as well as a few surprises. We already know that Epic Games will be offering a surprise Fortnite announcement during the evening.

The only downside will be that gamers in the UK might have a hard time watching everything that is being planned.

WHAT TIME DOES THE GAME AWARDS START IN THE UK?

The Game Awards are scheduled to start at a different time in the UK to those listed in the United States.

And this also means that The Game Awards will be kicking off on Friday, December 13, rather than December 12.

So the official UK start time for The Game Awards is at 1:30am, GMT, on Friday, December 13, 2019.

If UK gamers are able to stay awake and watch the whole show, there should be plenty of cool video games news to watch live.

According to the latest estimates, The Game Awards is expected to run for around three hours, meaning it won’t end until around 4:30am, GMT.

As confirmed by the TGA Twitter account: “The Game Awards airs live and free on Thursday, December 12 at 8:30 pm ET / 5:30 pm PT.

“The show airs across all major digital, social and gaming platforms around the world.

“Watch The Game Awards live with your favourite creators. Check back closer to December 12 for a list of confirmed creators who will co-stream the show in English and other languages across a variety of platforms.”

So as a roundup, The Game Awards will be kicking off in the early hours of the morning in Europe, Africa and Asia, on December 13.

In the United States, The Game Awards will have a start time set for December 12, 2019.
