On her Instagram Live, Victoria spoke with close friend and hairstylist Ken Paves as the pair answered questions from fans.
One of their followers asked the fashion designer how she always appears so “flawless”.
Victoria answered: “That is very, very kind – but I don’t.
“I’m no supermodel. I’m a 46-year-old mother with four children. I feel so blessed and so lucky.
“I try to be as healthy as I can. I eat healthily and I work out regularly.
“Do I love a few too many glasses of wine? Absolutely, because I think you have to have fun and you have to enjoy yourself.”
The star also spoke about trying to create an inclusive brand for everyone.
She said: “It started off with girl power. Not just empowering girls, but girls and boys, women and men, through music.
It was previously reported that the former pop star had axed 20 staff who work at her fashion label.
Victoria had originally furloughed 30 staff to save jobs during the recent lockdown, before reversing the decision following the backlash.
Public outcry ensued after the star and her husband David, who were reported by The Sunday Times to have a net worth of £370 million, relied on the government to cover costs of retail staff who could not work as stores remained closed.
The brand sent letters to 30 out of the company’s 123 members of staff warning them that they would be furloughed for two months under the government’s scheme.
