Retired footballer Vinnie Jones, 54, has reportedly received a heartbreakingly poignant Christmas gift from his late wife, Tanya, 53, who tragically died of cancer in July. According to a report in The Sun, she bought plane tickets for all of his British family to fly out to Los Angeles to spend Christmas with him.
The source told the publication that Tanya feared Vinnie would spend his first Christmas without her all alone.
The insider said: “Tanya bought flights for everyone.
“All the family are going. She knew she wasn’t going to be around and didn’t want Vinnie to be lonely at Christmas.
“She wanted to know he’d be surrounded by family, that they’d all be there together.”

He said: “She planned New Year’s Eve. I’m flying everyone to Palm Springs to celebrate our wedding anniversary, she already made the arrangements and we’ve got to celebrate it.”
The actor spoke of their last few heartbreaking days together to the Sunday Mirror.
He said he deliberately didn’t tell her she was dying.
He explained: “I never told her she was dying.
